Elderberry season is late July to mid-August. However, we have not had successful results and will not have berries in the 2026 season.
OzBF has three varieties of Elderberries. These have been developed over the years for commercial and private use trying to develop the best variety of the many that grow in the wild. Ours include Adams-York, Wildwood, and Gordon.
If you do not have experience with picking, processing, or consuming elderberries, it is best that you do some research. Unlike other fruits, elderberries should not be consumed raw and require heating/cooking. There are lots of good elderberry recipes and how-to-process videos on the internet.
